There are two options for registration. One is paid in full and one is to pay in two payments. The second payment is due June 1.
These fees are for the cost of planning and running the retreat, and in support of all the experience, education, and practice that goes into the ability to host this event. Advance payment enables the individual financial contribution of each participant to go farther as it offers me the best chance to plan and order materials with a larger budget. I really cannot express how much of a difference it makes to the quality of the event and our experience as host and participants.
Because of the nature of these small events, I cannot offer full refunds. Full refunds in the past have significantly disabled me and my business. I can offer exchanges, gift certificates, or substitutions and will work with anyone that needs to cancel for any reason to come up with a solution that works for all involved.
Accommodations:
There are 2 private rooms, 1 double room, and 1 triple room. There is no fee difference for the rooms. Please note on your registration if there is a reason one of the more private rooms would best serve you.
Participants will be sent a questionnaire in early summer to address food preferences and requirements, areas of interest, physical limitations, and allergies. We will use this survey to craft a retreat specifically for those attending. If you have any questions or concerns before the survey, please reach out.
