Do you long for peace? This 6-month program, with Sherene Cauley of The Nurtured Life, is designed for parents, teachers, community members, and activists. Peace is a practice and healing happens together. Through this course, you will engage in study, conversation, and self-inquiry to establish a presence that SHINEs for peace. Learn how neuroscience contributes to calm or conflict while establishing faith in your own intuition. Practices will support: Mindfulness, Personal Healing and Self-Mastery, Compassion and Empathy, Compassionate Communication, Guiding Values and Character Strengths, Holistic living.
Sherene is a 200hr registered yoga teacher, holds a post-baccalaureate certificate in Health and Wellness Coaching and will be an MA graduate this summer. She has over 15 years of experience supporting families and individuals through holistic living.
