Free Yoga Nidra Session

Yoga Nidra is a deeply relaxing meditation practice. It is a healing and simple practice beloved by new and experienced practitioners of meditation.  My favorite aspect of Yoga Nidra is that the practitioner needs to do nothing but be still and listen to the speaker ( or giver) of the practice. By simply listening to the words of the speaker, your body naturally participates and received the healing benefits of deep relaxation. 
I will be hosting a free session on Friday at 1 pm EST. If you unable to attend the live session, you will receive a recording within 24hrs of the event so you can practice at a time and place convenient for you.
