Come together with other caregivers to prepare for an intentional holiday season. This afternoon will include a yoga practice and meditation, self-assessments, discussion, and the crafting of intentions for the season. Each attendant will create a gift for themselves in the form of a mindfulness bracelet. We will work together to make and learn to use these bracelets. You will go home with additional resources to continue your work.
